Dear OEBB Benefits Administrators and Business Managers:



FORMS UPDATED FOR 2023-24

  *   NEW! Spanish forms: All OEBB forms are now available in Spanish
  *   All updated OEBB forms are posted to the website

Visit the Forms page<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/Forms.aspx> to access all of the English and Spanish forms. Use the filters across the top to sort by language, form number, title, and more! You can also type in the search box to find the form you need.

LANGUAGE SERVICES

Interpretation in 300+ Languages

Do you or an OEBB member prefer a language other than English? We offer free interpretation services through Language Link!

OEBB Member Services will create a 4-way call. Together with you, the OEBB member, and a Language Link interpreter, we’ll get your benefits questions answered.

We recommend that you join the call. Members can contact us directly, but some questions can only be answered by you!

Important! OEBB staff must place the call to access interpretation services.

Please note: Wait times can be long during Open Enrollment. Make an appointment with OEBB Member Services to save time.



MORE TOOLS COMING SOON!

We have more tools on the way to help members learn about their benefit options. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s to come:

  *   A new “Explore Your Benefits” Interactive Learning Tool. For each member who tries out this new tool, our medical carriers will donate $1 to a participating education-related charity. A fun way to learn as well as help the community!
  *   The 2023-24 Virtual Benefits Fair. An online environment where members can access videos and PDF handouts from all our vendor partners 24/7. New this year, members can easily set up a one-on-one chat with any vendor partner they want. Just look at their digital schedule for available dates/times and sign up!

We will post everything on the home page of the OEBB website, so they’ll be easy for members to find. Keep an eye out for more emails from us as new tools become available!
