The Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB), is proposing to amend Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 111-070-0075, Administration of SB 551 Program. The proposed amendments implement HB 2611(2023) by making dental and vision coverage available to SB 551 members. Proposed amendments also provide clarification within the SB 551 program.

You are being invited to review this proposed rule amendment and to comment. If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held via Microsoft Teams on November 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. If you wish to participate, below is the remote rules public hearing information:
