[MyOEBB] OEBB Post-Open Enrollment Letter Corrections

Dear OEBB Benefits Administrators:



Earlier this week, two Post-Open Enrollment letters were mailed to specific groups of members using incorrect distribution lists.

  1.  Group 1: Received a letter in the mail stating they successfully saved their healthcare plan selections in the MyOEBB system. We mailed these confirmations because the members do not have an email address on file.

  2.  Group 2: Received a letter in the mail stating they did not save their healthcare plan selections in the MyOEBB system and therefore have no medical, dental, or vision coverage through OEBB beginning October 1, 2023.



Unfortunately, the distribution lists were switched, resulting in Group 1 receiving Group 2 letters and vice versa.



We're in the process of urgently producing correction letters that will be mailed to all affected members. We expect the correction letters to go out next week.



Please note the corrected letters will be printed on yellow paper and will say "CORRECTION - PLEASE READ" at the top of the letter.



We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. We appreciate your patience as we work to correct this error.
