Dear OEBB Benefits Adminstrators,
There have been a lot of questions about Wellbeing Survey emails received from memberwellbeingsurvey at mercer.com<mailto:memberwellbeingsurvey at mercer.com>.
We want to confirm that emails received from memberwellbeingsurvey at mercer.com<mailto:memberwellbeingsurvey at mercer.com> are not spam or phishing.
Please let members know:
* The email is from a safe sender.
* The survey is an OEBB-sponsored effort to gather information on wellbeing needs across the state.
* If they don't feel comfortable clicking the link in the email, they can go to oebbinfo.com. Scan the QR code or click the image at the top of the home page to take the survey.
We will be sending the message below to members reassuring them about the safety and purpose of the emails. We want members to feel comfortable participating in the survey.
Thank you-
OEBB Communications
