Dear OEBB member,

OEBB will conduct a Wellbeing Survey for all members from April 3 to May 15, 2024.

OEBB recognizes the importance of wellbeing, and the challenges we've all experienced over the past few years. Our goal is to offer a healthy work environment for all members. We want to hear more about your total wellbeing, including your:

  *   Work environment
  *   Emotional and physical health
  *   Financial wellbeing
  *   Social relationships

The survey also includes questions about OEBB's wellbeing programs and demographics. The demographic questions cover race, ethnicity, language, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity (REALD and SOGI). OEBB is legally required to include these questions in the survey.

Responses to all questions are voluntary and confidential.

You will receive an email from MemberWellbeingSurvey at mercer.com<mailto:MemberWellbeingSurvey at mercer.com>. This email will include a personalized link to the survey. (The email may be sent to your work and/or personal email address.) The survey is an online questionnaire that takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.

Please participate. Use this opportunity to share your thoughts, experiences, and recommendations. Your responses will help us identify areas for improvement to ensure OEBB is meeting your wellbeing needs. This may include changing existing programs or adding new ones.

If you have any questions about the Wellbeing Survey, review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)<https://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Documents/2024-OEBB-Wellbeing-Survey-FAQs.pdf>.

Thank you for your participation!

OEBB

Note: This survey is 100% confidential. It will be managed by our survey partner, Mercer. Only Mercer will have access to individual results. No one at OEBB will have access to individual responses. Mercer will analyze members' feedback and prepare reports of grouped responses. Results will only be reported for groups when there are 200 or more responses. (Examples of reported groups may include results by county or results by school district.)

Interpretation in 300+ Languages:

Do you prefer a language other than English, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese (simplified)? OEBB offers free interpretation services through Language Link.

OEBB Member Services will create a three-way call. Together with the Language Link interpreter, you will receive language help to complete the survey. (This service is confidential and respects diversity, equity, and inclusion.)

Important! OEBB staff must place the call to access interpretation services. Call 888-469-6322 to get started.
