[MyOEBB] OEBB: 2025-26 Open Enrollment Resources

Dear entity leaders and benefit administrators,


This year's Open Enrollment is required!

This means that all your employees must select benefits during Open Enrollment, Aug. 15-Sept. 15, 2025. (If your end date is different, be sure to communicate this to your employees.)

If employees don't make benefit selections, their current medical, dental, and vision coverage will end on Sept. 30, 2025.
Additionally, there will be changes to OEBB's medical plans. These changes include higher deductible and out-of-pocket maximum amounts. There will also be some other benefit changes and enhancements. The other changes vary by medical plan.

As a leader or administrator, we want you to be prepared to talk with your employees and answer questions.
