[MyOEBB] Kaiser Permanente Software Update Mid-March

Note: If your entity does not offer Kaiser Permanente plans, you can disregard this message.


To OEBB Benefits Administrators -

Kaiser Permanente (KP) will be upgrading their computer system between March 12 - 23. OEBB normally sends eligibility files to KP each Saturday, but this upgrade means they will be unable to process the March 14th and March 21st files until after the upgrade is complete.

Please process any KP enrollments effective March 1 or earlier no later than March 6 to ensure coverage is in place before the upgrade.

If an urgent situation arises March 7-23 where you need a KP enrollment processed immediately, please contact OEBB Member Services at 888-469-6322 or oebb.benefits at odhsoha.oregon.gov<mailto:oebb.benefits at odhsoha.oregon.gov> . OEBB staff will work with KP to make sure claims are processed properly.
