Greetings DPO Council and OAC Members-

Procurement Services has completed an organizational structure change.  We have created Business Centers organized by function including Training, ORPIN, Research, Marketing and Outreach and Sourcing. Within the Sourcing Business Centers we have 7 teams that are focused on like goods and services. By having teams working like commodities and services we will:

·         Have improved visibility of like business needs across the Enterprise

·         Be able to deepen our knowledge of specific market dynamics, trends and offerings
Both of which enhance our ability to leverage the Enterprise spend and secure the best value for you, our customer.

We have made changes in ORPIN to reflect the current Contract Administrator for all of our existing contracts. If you have questions or need assistance with anything related to these changes please feel free to contact any of the managers listed at the bottom of this message. We are eager to facilitate a smooth transition!
