[Oac-link] Feedback Requested on ORPIN Upgrade - Invite/Notify Tool Location

Hi Everyone,

We would like some feedback from people on where the Invite/Notify Suppliers tool should be located. In the upgraded version of ORPIN, we noticed that Notices have it in one location while Opportunities have it in another. We are going to move one of them so the locations are consistent, but we want your input on where it should go.

In the upgrade the Notice document type has the Invite/Notify Suppliers option as a part of the Maintain (Document Wizard) area. This would serve as a reminder to buyers as they are doing their document creation to think about whether they want to invite or notify any suppliers. It would be the last screen to show up on the document wizard, right after Geographic Bid Match.

An Opportunity has this tool in the Additional section instead. Buyers do not have to process through the page when using the document wizard to create their document. Instead they have to remember to go to the Additional section if they want to invite or notify suppliers.
