[Oac-link] Notice of ORPIN issue with PDF creation

Hi OAC Group,

We found a system bug today that was introduced into ORPIN with last weekend's patch. The bug is preventing the state seal (or ORCPP agency logo) from displaying on PDF documents. This affects any original, amendment, or revision to a document issued after 12/16.

Here is an example. This is the front of the ORPIN summary page for this RFP and as you can see, the state seal is displayed here...

But when I click on View PDF in the menu bar, the state seal is not included on the PDF document:

Our system developer is working on a fix for this but we do not anticipate receiving it until after the first of the year. I just wanted to let you know about it in case any of your staff approaches you with this issue. In the meantime please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
