[OAKS Online] Update - OAKS database still slower than normal

Subject: Update - OAKS database still slower than normal

The OAKS online database is still running slower than normal.

AIR recommends that the OAKS Online server be reset to completely address the problem.  However, this would take the system off-line for about 1 hour.  To minimize the impact on schools, AIR will wait until after 5:00 p.m. this evening (Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009) to complete the reset.

If your students are experiencing interruptions of their OAKS Online tests this afternoon, ODE recommends that you discontinue testing for today.

ODE apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks you for your patience.
