[OAKS Online] OAKS Online database back to normal speeds

AIR is reporting that over three thousand tests have already been started this morning and the database is responding very quickly.

AIR reset the server last night (Wednesday, March 3rd) and that seems to have improved the system.   To ensure the database continues to function well, AIR is planning to incorporate regular server resets into its maintenance plan.

In addition, AIR will simulate how long a server reset takes to determine whether or not a server reset can be initiated during the day if an emergency occurs in the future.  Based on this information, AIR, ODE and the ESD regional helpdesks will be able collaborate to make better decisions about how best address any similar situations.
