[OAKS Online] Participation Reports Offline, Test Expirations for Currently Active Tests Extended for Two Weeks

OAKS Online has experienced sluggishness over the past week.  ODE's test vendor, American Institutes for Research (AIR), believes that the recent high volume of requests for participation reports may be a cause for the system sluggishness. To decrease sluggishness, AIR has taken the participation reports off line.  The expiration period for currently active tests will be extended for two weeks.

AIR will add significant memory to the servers tonight and will make additional improvements over the weekend.   ODE and AIR anticipate that  these remedies will solve the underlying cause of the sluggishness so that the participation reports will be available early next week.
