Subject: OAKS Online Server Switch

This afternoon, Thursday March 3, 2011, ODE has received additional reports of slowness on the OAKS Online system. ODE will continue to work with its test vendor, the American Institutes for Research (AIR), to identify a permanent solution addressing this system slowness. Until a permanent solution is identified, AIR will schedule a server switch to occur daily at noon to alleviate slowness during the afternoons. ODE does not expect students to be kicked off the system as a result of this server switch.

ODE and AIR apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your continued patience.
