[ODLC] Advantage Program Stuff

Hey Great ODLC Brain!

I am wondering if anyone has experience with Advantage and/or the pay-per-title access programs through Overdrive!  Here in La Grande, at Cook Memorial Library, we have started to do (I believe) both Advantage titles AND a 4-per-month-per-patron pay-per-access service, or maybe I'm confused and the program we're doing is just one or the other?  Anyhow, my question here is this:

Is there a way via some miracle Overdrive setting, or via Overdrive Technical support, to get the collection, when viewed by OUR PATRONS, to display better information about the type of title access they're looking at when they browse?  Right now, apparently, everything just says "available" all the time for La Grande patrons.  When people try to check it out, if it's the pay-per-access limited titles per month program but it's not part of the general ODLC collection, they get a message about being out of checkouts for the month.  If it IS part of the ODLC general collection, they get told that they can only HOLD the title currently, despite it saying its available.  The regular phone calls about this issue since we started the program that's causing it is driving me, and the other staff, nuts!
