[ODLC] Governing Board Meeting Tomorrow

Hello ODLC Community,

First of all, allow me to apologize for the last-minute nature of this announcement. I've been very busy at work lately, and many things have fallen through the cracks - but we should be ready to go for tomorrow!

I have attached a copy of the likely budgets for the next two years, which we will be discussing tomorrow. Note that there are two pages, reflecting two possible versions. Page one represents what each library will pay for each possible price increase, if we approve the two candidates for membership (basically, the hosting fee goes down by 1% for everyone) and the other assumes that we do not approve them. I did not have the time to create a budget for the contingency that one is approved and the other not approved, but you can assume that it will be somewhere in between. Please note that this represents a "best guess" estimate, not an absolutely final number.

On that note, I have also attached the applications for the two candidates. All Governing Board members received these earlier this year, but I know that not everyone will have kept track of them.

3:05-3:25           Voting/elections (voting conducted after meeting)
3:25-3:35          Budget, Collection Management, Cataloging Update
