[OEBB_alltopic] DEV AUDIT DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 24, 2012

[OEBB information]

OEBB is extending the Dependent Eligibility Verification (DEV) Review
and Audit deadline an additional two weeks. Members selected for the
audit will now have until 11:59 p.m. Friday, February 24, to submit
documents supporting the eligibility of their enrolled dependents. As of
February 7, 2012, the Dependent Verification Center had received some
documentation from you, but they have determined it was not sufficient
to verify your dependents. 

 

If you have recently submitted additional documentation and completed
the process, please disregard this letter. You will receive a statement
shortly confirming the dependents you have verified as eligible for OEBB
benefits. 

 

If you have NOT yet submitted the additional documents required, please
review the instructions below and take the necessary steps to ensure
your eligible dependents remain covered on your OEBB insurance plans.

 

You are required to submit copies of the acceptable documents no later
than February 24, 2012, to verify your dependents' eligibility for
enrollment in OEBB plans. Failure to do so will result in termination of
all OEBB coverages for all non-verified dependents. If you have
misplaced your verification packet, copies of all communications sent to
you and all of the information you need to complete verification is
available online at https://review.ehr.com/OEBB, including the
Verification Center mailing address and secure fax number.

 

You can complete the verification process through a convenient online
process by following these steps:

 

1.	Log on to https://review.ehr.com/OEBB and click Verify
Dependents.
2.	Review the Dependent Eligibility Matrix and make sure your
enrolled dependent(s) meet the requirements.

3.     Confirm your covered dependents' eligibility status. Remove any
dependents who are not eligible by checking the appropriate button.

4.     Submit copies of required documents electronically by scanning
and uploading documents to the site for each dependent no later than
February 24, 2012.
