RE:                  Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for OAR chapter 111, Division 5, Procurement and Contracting Rules for Benefit Plans and Services

OEBB is proposing to permanently amend Oregon Administrative Rules.

The proposed rulemaking amendments to OEBB's Division 5 OARs have been reviewed by Department of Justice (DOJ). These amendments to Division 5 reflect updated contracting provisions currently found in Oregon's public contracting rules and statutes.

You are being invited to review these proposed rules and to comment on them. If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held in Salem, Oregon at 1225 Ferry Street SE, on September 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. You may also file written comments before 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2016 to the OEBB Rules Coordinator at the following address:

Final rules will be filed after consideration of all comments. Any comments received after September 30, 2016 will not be reviewed or considered by OEBB unless OEBB decides to extend the public comment period to everyone.
