Good afternoon
As most of you are aware when we upgraded our server at OEBB the upgrade had a conflict with the application supporting Report Mart. We are continuing to work on the issue and hope to resolve it soon. In the meantime, we are aware there are reporting needs that need to be addressed.
Enrollments not saved:
As in previous years, we will continue to make the No Medical, Dental or Vision report available to you. The report will be deposited in your Document Management area of MyOEBB based on the following schedule.
* Week 1 - Aug 19
* Week 2 - Aug 23, 25 and 26
* Week 3 - Aug 29, 31 and Sep 2
* Week4 - Sep 5, 7 and 9
* Week 5 - Sep 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16
* Week 6 - Sep 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23
* Lastly, Sep 26
In addition:
We are working on a "Subscriber Open Enrollment Activity" report which is expected to be available next week. Once ready, you will find this report under "Reports" on the left hand navigation in MyOEBB Admin Module. This report will contain a list of your current employees and the last time they saved their benefits. So, if benefits have not been saved after 8-14-2016 will mean they have not gone in during open enrollment and saved their benefits. Be aware, in some cases (such as New Hire) they may have saved their enrollments for next plan year using the New Hire QSC prior to the 8-15-2016 open enrollment period.
Other helpful reports that you have available to you for open enrollment are:
*employee means all subscribers you manage by the entity
* Mem Enrollment Report - This report includes a list of employees who have had changes made to their enrollments between a max of 62 days. This report can be filtered by end date to show only the enrollment that will be active in October. This report also includes codes for Plan, Employment Type, Member Type, and Tier. It also includes the premiums for Medical, Dental and Vision plan types. This is a very helpful report to use when identifying codes and premiums for your system.
* Invoice Report - You can run this report with an October 2016 date and use it to identify what plans your employees are selecting, premiums, tiers and number of dependents by each plan type.
* Emp Detail Report - This report lists all of the employees that have been entered into OEBB and have an employment end date that is either null or equal to or greater than the date the report is run. It includes their name, gender, Enumber, employee ID, employment type, member type and hire date.
