OEBB is proposing to permanently amend Oregon Administrative Rules on Procurement and Contracting for Benefit Plans and Services. The purpose of this rule amendment is to align OEBB's procurement rules with the public procurement code, which allows state agencies to pursue a small procurement when the cost of goods or services does not exceed $10,000.

You are being invited to review these proposed rules and to comment on them. If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held in room 559 at 500 Summer Street NE, Salem, Oregon, on February 20, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. You may also file written comments before close of business on February 28, 2019 to the OEBB Rules Coordinator at the following address:

Final rules will be filed after consideration of all comments and after Board approval. Any comments received after February 28, 2019 will not be reviewed or considered by OEBB unless OEBB decides to extend the public comment period to everyone.
