Good afternoon,

 

OEBB will be furnishing your Monthly Billing Statement and your
Retroactive Adjustment reports in a new file format beginning *December
1, 2010.  Due to the massive amounts of data we manage, we have built
our monthly invoicing business processes into a relational database
using Microsoft Access. To gain efficiencies we have programmed a Macro
to send your Monthly Billing Statement to your E-mail address, and your
Retroactive Adjustment report directly to your Document Management
section in MyOEBB more expediently then before. In order to open these
reports you'll need to download a free software application called
Microsoft Snapshot viewer. With the Snapshot Viewer, you can view
snapshots that are created with any version of Microsoft Access. It
takes only a few seconds to download and the instructions are fairly
straightforward: 

 

1) Download snap shot viewer from the following Microsoft website
address:

2) Download the file by clicking the Download button and saving the file
to your hard disk. 

3) Double-click the snpvw.exe program file on your hard disk to start
the setup program. 

4) Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Done!

 

 

For Apple Computer Users:  Please contact Jody if you are an Apple user
and we will get you set up.

 

We are here to assist you with this download and want to make this as
painless as possible, so please don't hesitate to contact Jody Bowyer at

departments may also require prior consultation with them. One important
item to note is **you will still receive your detail Invoice Reports in
Excel format. Please see below for December due dates.

 

OEBB will be producing and distributing your December 2010 Invoice Excel
Reports Tuesday night November 30th. You will find them in your Document
Management section in MyOEBB the following Wednesday morning. We will
send you the Monthly Billing Statement by Wednesday December 1st that
will include the amount due for your December benefits as well as any
retroactive adjustments made in November. Jody Bowyer will distribute
your Retro Adjustment Excel spreadsheets at the member level so you'll
have the detail supporting the amounts due. This "retroactive work-up"
will be placed in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB with
notification by Jody. If you do not agree with the amount billed please
contact her and she will assist you in researching a discrepancy. The
due date for payment of your December invoice is **Thursday December
9th. Please remember to clear any unsaved QSCs that can be viewed on
your home page prior to this Tuesday night's invoicing report
distribution. 

 

**Reminder:   MyOEBB will be shut-down from 8 pm on the 30th to 8 am on
the 1st. This is necessary to run the volume of Invoicing Reports and
ensure their accuracy. As always, please feel free to call or e-mail us
