[OEBBpremiumcontact] May Premium Payment Reminder

[For educational entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

Good morning,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of May. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Excel Invoice Reports Produced - Wednesday night, April 30th, available Thursday, May 1st in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Thursday, May 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in April.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Thursday, May 1st. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due Friday, May 9th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 30th, to 8:00 AM Thursday, May 1st.
