[OEBBpremiumcontact] New OEBB Accountant and September payment reminder

[For educational entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

Good morning,

We would like to take this time to introduce to you our newest member to the OEBB Accounting team.  Her name is Colleen Foster, and she will be taking over for Jody upon her retirement in October.  Colleen comes to us from another State agency, and has vast accounting knowledge.  She will be a valuable tool in helping you with any of your invoicing needs or questions.  When you have a minute, which we all know is rare this time of year, introduce yourself to her.

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of September. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Excel Invoice Reports Produced - Sunday night, August 31st, available Monday, September 1st in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Tuesday, September 2nd, this includes current billing and any changes made in August.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Tuesday, September 2nd. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due Wednesday, September 10th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Sunday, August 31st, to 8:00 AM Monday, September 1st.
