OEBB Financial Services Updates

Good afternoon!

The OEBB 2015 Customer Service survey was a huge success!  Thank you to all who participated.  In response to some comments received in the survey, I plan to send updates throughout the year regarding changes and other items happening in the OEBB Financial Services department.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
We are no longer requesting quarterly EAP member counts.

The count entered during plan selection (during the summer months) will be the amount you are billed for the entire plan year starting in October through September.  You can make changes at any time throughout the year by emailing OEBB.FinancialServices at oregon.gov<mailto:OEBB.FinancialServices at oregon.gov>.  We will update the member count starting the 1st of the following month.

Monthly Invoice Reconciliation Process:
Not sure what documents to use to reconcile the Monthly Billing Statement?
