Dear Jeff,

Thank you for this thorough review of your discussions with Cy and Kay, and
guidance about how we move forward toward the next full OGIC meeting in
April. Having just (finally!) read through your message fully for the first
time, I find I have a couple of questions.

First: I don't see that anyone else has responded to your email (at least,
not using Reply All). Am I supposed to have responded elsewhere, or were
you expecting emailed replies? I don't want to inundate anyone's
inboxes...  Please let me/us know if you'd like our answers to your three
"digital asks" via email (individually or using reply all), and I'll submit
mine.

Secondly:  You request in your message that the planning group meet, and
come to the April meeting prepared with a draft strategic plan. My
recollection from the end of our first meeting was that we didn't actually
form a planning group, but that a couple of people (myself included)
expressed interest in being a part of that group when the time came. I also
recall that Cy said there is already a strategic plan, but that it would
need to be updated in accordance with the new law's requirements, etc. Can
we clarify who will serve on the planning group, so that group can begin
their work together?
