OGIC Members, here is the report to be presented in lieu of a live presentation to the Joint Legislative Committee on Information Management and Technology (JLCIMT) for their September 25 meeting.  I am transmitting this to Sean McSpaden, the JLCIMT Committee Administrator, with this same message.  But Sean has confirmed that if you have any suggestions that you believe are essential, there is time until Wednesday, Sept. 12, to let me know, and I can submit a revised report.  My apologies for the short notice, but the timeline for completing this report was tight and it had to be accomplished in and around the other tasks we're all working on for the Council.
