Here are the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) we came up with in the exercise at the OGIC meeting yesterday.  Please take a look and let me know what you think.  Here's the link to the slides I presented that explain OKRs and what we were trying to accomplish.  These are intended to be 6 month OKRs.

The idea is that we will hone these a bit by email and then publish them and get them into the hands of various teams, like FIT, GPL, GEO, and others to use in creating their own OKRs that ladder down from these.  We will also assign responsibility, as appropriate, to those various teams to report back to us in October and again in January on progress toward meeting the Objectives by pursuing the Key Results.
