[OGIC] OGIC Quarterly Meeting July 31

OGIC members:

I sent you a calendar invitation a couple weeks ago to set the next quarterly OGIC meeting on January 31.  This message is to provide a link to the review materials for that meeting, in addition to a slightly modified agenda.  You will find here<https://www.oregon.gov/geo/Pages/ogic_meetings.aspx> several documents to review for the meeting.

We are going to spend about a half hour on a performance measurement exercise that is intended to help us begin to move from strategy to execution with regard to the goals in our adopted Strategic Plan.  There are several documents on the Review Materials page that we’ll use to provide ideas for the exercise, in addition to a Powerpoint that explains the exercise.  We will be breaking up into five groups to participate in that exercise.

Hope to see you at the meeting.  I’ll revise the calendar invitation with web conference information for those of you that need to participate remotely, although the performance measurement exercise may not work well remotely.
