[OGIC] OGIC Meeting Minutes / Vice-Chair Needed

OGIC Members,

I'm writing to provide the draft October meeting minutes for your review and to serve as a reminder of action items decided at our last meeting. Please send me any corrections that are needed to these minutes prior to our January meeting (January 26th).

Also, I want to give you a heads-up to a decision that will need to be made in January. Colleen Miller, who was slated to serve as the OGIC Vice-Chair in 2022, has decided not to continue as an OGIC member for a 2nd term.  Therefore, if you are interested in serving in this capacity, please let me know. It would be wonderful to have a volunteer that we can vote on at the January meeting.
