Hi all.

I have been informed that a decision has been made regarding Workday and your designation as a board member contingent worker.  You are going to be changed to an employee type profile and given a new User ID which will be an OR #, similar to current State of Oregon employees. I don't know what the reason is for this change, but the notice is below.  Expect to see an email from Workday with a new user ID and a temporary password. When you receive this email, I recommend you login using your new OR # and change your password to something you will remember.

All training courses taken via Workday that are in your "learning transcript" will be transferred to your new profile.

I wanted to let you know that we are in the process of changing contingent worker board member types into employee type profiles.  I have created all new appointments on the Oregon Geographic Information Council and am working to get the learning that any of the board members have on their CW record moved to their new OR# profile.



You may want to reach out to the board to let them know they will receive a new user ID email (their OR#) as well as an email with their temp password.  They will now need to log into the system under their OR#.
