[OGIC] draft meeting minutes for review/edit / meeting presentations

All,

Because Wednesday's OGIC meeting did not record as planned (Teams error), I have typed up draft meeting minutes based on my brief notes and memory. I'm sending them to you all now for review and edit because I figure that time is not our friend and we should review them while the meeting is fresh on our minds.  See attached.  I'm also providing William and Melissa's presentations.

Please use track changes to make edits/corrections.
