Hi Sheri,
Here's a picture of the winning window display in the Design Committee's
"Deck the Windows" holiday decorating contest.  Eclectica Antiques moved to
Main Street this year from another location in town, and is one of those
special stores.  The owner really has an "eye" for design and merchandising.

1. Looking for good photos! When you take a good shot of your downtown,
including before/afters, special events and festivals, meetings,
streetscapes, etc., please send a copy to Oregon Main Street. We are
constantly looking for photos to demonstrate what is happening in our
communities both for presentations and printed materials. You will earn my
eternal gratitude!

2. Here's dates for conferences, workshops, and trainings that might of
interest to you in 2011:

February 3, Molalla: OMS Network Meeting (Performing Main Street &
Transforming Downtown), noon to 5 pm
February 4, Molalla: OMS Training - open to all levels of OMS network, 8 am
to noon

April 21: OMS Network Meeting (Performing Main Street & Transforming

April 22: OMS Network Training - open to all levels of OMS network, 8 am to
noon

3. USDA Rural Development in Oregon has developed a new quarterly
newsletter, Oregon Rural Developments Newsletter, to provide information and
updates on programs and funding opportunities they offer, including
information on:

*         Community Facility, Water and Environmental Program

The newsletter will provide valuable information for local government
officials and departments, rural businesses and cooperatives, lenders,
