Sherri,

I wanted to applaud for your Main Street work and efforts around the State. I am in need of the Main Street program contact in Corvallis, Oregon. They had developed an outstanding Small Business Development Mini-Loan Fund. The Director had forwarded me their model. It was very well done. I can not find my file copy with strategic concept with process & procedures. NNEBA has received many, many requests over the years. Our Board of Directors would like to review and discuss successful templates.

Can you contact them and have them forward a document hard copy to us -
North/Northeast Business Association - NNEBA
PO Box 11565
Portland, OR 97211
503.789.7074 (direct)
and email a document copy to: jTaylorGM at cs.com

Please include any necessary forms developed for micro-loan process. I appreciate you effort.

Arigato gozaimusu,

Joice
