[OMS_MANAGERS] downtown retail incubators

We're considering financially partnering (with an urban renewal grant) with
a private building owner to create a private-sector retail small business
incubator concept in our downtown. 

 

I'm looking for other examples of multi-vendor retail spaces (not "malls" or
more traditional multi-tenant retail spaces), with very small footprints
sharing common services under one roof. In our example, it would be 60+
vendors in 14,000 square feet.
