[OMS_MANAGERS] 501c(3) Costs?

We acquired our 501c3 status a year ago.  We had success using Sheri's
templates.  It's just a matter of filling out the IRS application.
Although , before you do that, you have to apply with the Secretary of State
Corp Division to be a not for profit corporation.  You'll need your articles
of incorporation (Sheri has samples, and the Sec or State has the exact
verbiage that the IRS wants to see)
and You'll send your by-laws (I believe) and some other supporting
documentation with the IRS application.  They give you a good checklist.
