[OMS_MANAGERS] 501c(3) Costs?

In Port Orford, we did our own (no lawyer, CPA) & was a lot of work.  As the person that did most of the work, I would recommend Legal Zoom who did work for me setting up a LLC for my business.  Even doing it ourselves - filing costs added up - 1st incorporation with the state & then the filing with IRS.  Sherry was helpful when IRS questioned us - mainly justifying help with businesses as part of our goals.
