[OMS_MANAGERS] sources of funds for Facade Improvement grants

The City of Enterprise has a brand new 'Exterior Rehabilitation Matching
Grant" program for commercial buildings in the downtown core.  The City
Council approved $7,500 from the Motel Tax revenues for this program and in
the first round last month we had over $30,000 requested.  I am currently
looking for funds outside of the Motel Tax fund to add to this program so we
can support more rehabilitation projects.  

 

Many foundations that might support such projects do not allow re-granting
or pass through grants.  

 

I will be submitting a request for non construction funds for planning and
assessments to the National Trust for Historic Preservation in October, but
in the meantime does anyone have any ideas of other sources of funding I
could look at that would give a grant to the city for purposes of supporting
the city's program?
