[OMS_MANAGERS] Streetscape project public outreach plan?

Hi all,

I am working on a public outreach plan for a possible festival street in downtown Beaverton. Would anyone be willing to share an outreach plan for a similar project that you've had in your city? We're looking to do a lot of the work in house.
