[OMS_MANAGERS] Streetscape project public outreach plan?

We conducted a series of outreach events last year for our streetscape
project that is upcoming, that originally included some concepts for a plaza
street.

 

We held two open houses and also had display boards on display and ballots
on hand at City Hall for several weeks. Seemed to work pretty well, and
really helped us refine and focus some of our design elements.

Hi all, 

 

I am working on a public outreach plan for a possible festival street in
downtown Beaverton. Would anyone be willing to share an outreach plan for a
similar project that you've had in your city? We're looking to do a lot of
the work in house.
