[OMS_MANAGERS] Help during construction!

I'm looking for clever ideas to help one of our businesses create business
while his facade is being worked on.
He owns a cafe, and the construction will completely renovate the facade.
 There will be a tunnel through which the customers will walk past a
temporary interior wall.  (the inside will be dark....as the windows will
be blocked.)
Construction will happen during August and take about 5-6 weeks.

Any really creative marketing ideas that you have found has worked??
