Hi Everyone,

I am trying to find out how many Main Street Districts in Oregon undertake the maintenance of your district, such as pressure washing sidewalks, tree trimming, purchasing flower baskets and watering and fertilizing them. Who pays for the garbage cans in your district when you need new ones? If you have landscape strips in your district is your organization responsible for planting, weeding, litter removal etc. Or do your respective cities pick up the tab for the maintenance of your district. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
