Sheri,

I am having some issues down here and I was hoping you could send me 
directly you information on doing the paperwork on filing for a 501c3.  I 
know you sent it to Nathan but I am having a hard time getting it from him 
and I am taking this project on because it needs to get done and the group 
is not moving on this project.  Sorry if it sounds like I am wining I just 
feel it is more important than others do and I want to get it done.
