[OMS_MANAGERS] Food Carts

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has any examples of their own small towns or other small towns that have food carts or other carts selling goods? Obviously Portland is very well known throughout the country for food carts, but I was hoping on getting some information on how they can work in a much smaller community.
