[OMS_MANAGERS] Food Carts

Hi Jamie, in Lake County we have 2 food carts in Silver Lake. They are along
the main road (Hwy 30) in a remote, rural area.  One does breakfast and
lunch and the other does breakfast, lunch and dinner to go.

Hello everyone! 

 

I was wondering if anyone has any examples of their own small towns or other
small towns that have food carts or other carts selling goods? Obviously
Portland is very well known throughout the country for food carts, but I was
hoping on getting some information on how they can work in a much smaller
community. Any info would be great, pictures are welcome. You can reach me
