Kelly, call the local Sherwin Williams store for help.
I believe that there is a spray product that may be used for fixative over acrylic paint. The art teacher should also have ideas. It may take a salamander-type heater as a short-term drying solution, and a local contractor should be able to provide one, preferably a propane type, instead of a diesel fired one.

Subject: [OMS_MANAGERS] Help!! (window paint)
Yesterday, our high school art class took the school day to paint us a beautiful mural, all about the town, in the vacant windows of a large storefront. They used acrylic paint. This morning, some of the panels are running!!
Unfortunately, the building is not climate controlled and, therefore, is obviously damp.
Has anyone had any success in these less-than-desirable conditions?
I'm so disappointed for them, they worked really hard to get it done, and the results are so lovely and colorful. (and somewhat drippy).
Thanks very much! I'm hoping to have some ideas before talking to the art teacher. :)
Best Regards, and happy holidays!
