[OMS_MANAGERS] Help!! (window paint)

Thanks all for the input!! I think a construction propane heater may be
the way to go, while they're fixing it up.
Looks like the acrylic that dried sooner is doing just fine.
So disappointing for the kids, but we learn from these things! Easy fixes,
I think.
