[OMS_MANAGERS] Large banks within your EID

I am helping 8 property owners in downtown Hillsboro get an EID in place and have a quick question for those of you that have EID's in place. Did the large banks like US Bank and Bank of America remonstrate against the EID? We have both banks within the boundary of the proposed EID and one of them holds a significant number of properties (8). I encouraged one of the branch managers to come to the open house about the EID but he never did (he ultimately does not make the decision though).
