[OMS_MANAGERS] Being a fiscal agent

Hello fellow Main Street-ers!

 

I was curious if any of you are fiscal agents for other groups in your
community.  

 

Our Board has been contacted about being a fiscal agent for an upcoming
501c3 nonprofit so they can start collecting funds while they wait for their
non-profit status to be processed.

 

Any insight, stories (good or bad), etc. would be greatly appreciated.
