[OMS_MANAGERS] signage

Our city has a sign ordinance, and led limits are on store fronts, not outside on the street. Roseburg is a mis match, sort of eclectic.

our small town is facing how to improve signage and gain consistency  . Do you have standards or guidelines you could share. The latest issue is one merchant wanting LED sign while neighboring merchants wanting to stay old school . 

Have LED signs had an adverse effect?
