[OMS_MANAGERS] FW: Downtown Bike/Skate Signs

We opted for a walk your wheels stencil. The YAC (Youth Advisory Committee)
volunteered to stencil each ramp on each corner of Main Street. I have
attached a couple of designs. We opted for the 3rd. Good luck!
